Why does the picture sometime freezes when viewed in IE? |

This can be due to IE not up to date. Simply do a windows update to install all the critical updates except upgrade to IE7. This should fix the problem. |

How do I view the recorded clip? |

By default, video server program records file in .AV format. To make the files viewable in PC, go into setup then click on advance configuration. Click on special setting, under "To AVI" tab browse and select the .AV files to be transfer to AVI, click transform, program will now transfer the .AV file to AVI format for PC viewing. The new AVI file will be store at the same location as the .AV file. AVI files can be view with windows media player. |
